Ed, - On a first look basis, from the footnotes of the 10-K. Note 13 (c) Stock Options,

"In September 1996 the Company granted options to acquire 325,000 shares of its common stock to its Board Chairman. The options vest at a rate of 9,500 shares per month and are exercisable at a price of $0.96 per share. As of 12/31/96, 38,000 of such options were fully vested."

So 38,000 + 12 X 9,500 = 152,000 fully vested stock options thru 12/31/97. Maybe another 9,500 for Jan. 1998 as well.
