Mr. Allen,

End game strategies, two-minute drills, can be crucial with respect to
outcomes. I have a great respect for almost all persons that I have come
in contact with over the last two years. I also have a keen recognition
of two main streams of divergent opinion that stand out clearly in my
mind when every other thing peripheral falls away; each side represented
by persons I respect.

I have been trying for quite sometime now clearly to formulate words and
phrases which would allow me to share with you and the rest of the readers
of this thread my observations and conclusions about nature of this deep
conflict I have been watching develop over the last two years. The reality
of what I am trying to determine for myself lies at the core and is the
source for Naxos' peculiar history and curious marketplace reception.

I have successfully managed, at least for myself, to characterize certain
aspects and elements which could be said to form part of the dynamic tension
I have been observing. This, however, does none of you all any good at all
if I can't adequately express myself. What can I say? It's a work in progress!

I am results orientated and I have been seeing results that satisfy me.
I have satisfied myself with respect to my own DD and believe that if we
have what we say we have then tempests in teacups will fade into history as
we brace ourselves for what John Sutter must have experienced. Let's just
get our ducks lined up. OK? We'll just let those other chips fall where they may.

<<"How do you know that the terms will be renegotiated with J/L? Is that an
educated guess, supposition or information from IR? How do you know about a
"coup" at Naxos? What happened?"
>>

I will address these specific points. I spoke with Jimmy and he said that the
contract probably would be renegotiated, which was no surprise to me. I never
mentioned a coup. The most I alluded to was similar shouting directed some
unsaid where. There are many ways of "Exiting stage left." The quality of
this information is of the friends and family nature. It is up to the company
to disclose information that they believe is important for us to know. I
am sure that we will be fully informed to the degree that we need to know
any of the day to day operations of Naxos. Would you wish it otherwise?
If so, how?

Jerard P

P.S. Mr. Allen, I hope you did not mean to suggest that Naxos should simply
appropriate the technology of Dr. Johnson without fair compensation. I must have
read that section all wrong, right?

To all: This cracks me up. Some of you guys are assuming that Jimmy and Naxos didn't do due diligence on the JL process. The fact is that they looked at 60+ processes, consulted with mining people and are continuing to do so.

Also -- who's talking about forcing anybody out of anything. This is patently absurd. When/if the time comes for transition in the board, in the management, appropriate changes will take place. We were assured of this at the D&P show in December, and I believe them. This is still a company in it's youth. Be patient...

Regardsm,

chris
