Shep, Like the terms we used for 20 years?? Why can't we defeat a small arms enemy we outnumber by at least 1000 to one, out gun them with the most modern weapons in the world including the most modern aircraft.. Because building a nation takes much more than just modern weapons with bombs that can turn corners. We no longer have the willpower to force our values upon nations that we conquer. The days of colonialism and imperialism are long gone. (Arguably they've been gone since the start of the 20th century.) By the way, I once believed in the neoconservative agenda. Around the time Osama bin Laden took the room temperature challenge, I decided that being a neocon was no longer worth it. Tenchusatsu
