Not much of one, your talking about outright defeating the Russian military attack against Ukraine. But they could make it costly, both upfront and then with guerilla warfare afterwards if the Russians try to hold on to territory, at least territory outside the most pro-Russian areas.

None of which has much to do with the point you tried to make earlier.
