thanks for the chart, larry. but it poses a question for me... seems that zero shares were purchased (by insiders) during current month or previous month, but total shares held increased from 660,000 during previous month, to more than 4,500,000 during current month. how'd that happen?

Larry, Thanks for the info. I use Schwab and had seen it. I had the same question as another thread member. How could there have been such a huge jump in insider shares held, with no purchases to explain it? Is it some kind of stock issue payment due from the merger? Hopefully, it is not a routine process of some kind or the dilution effect could be catastrophic. Anyone? Bill
