Based on the objective of that account, that's a move I could clearly see making and consider reasonable.

I'm adding to MSFT and AAPL, although AAPL hasn't announced yet. I'm also adding to TXN and NVDA today as well. TXN had a nice report, NVDA no longer has the ARM ball and chain acquisition hanging around their neck, thus I think they can now focus on what it is they do best, make more chips.

I'm doing quite a bit of buying today, I am adding to the following:

ABT .. MSFT .. JNJ .. LMT .. NSC .. AAPL .. MO .. VZ .. TXN .. NVDA .. NKE.

Some are being purchased for good performance and higher guidance, others for more income or dividend cash flow growth. Although most of these are growth based assets, I'm not ignoring the dividend based assets and I will continue to build those.
