Date: Sat, 7 Feb 1998 10:04:05 -0800 PLS. POST!!!! ON THE THREAD Again, I will repeat. TVSI is going through what we call REVERSE MERGER. The history of Travis Industries is just plain HISTORY now. It has nothing to do with the future of Planet Sports. TVSI was just a nutshell before the merger announcement. Planet Sports is saving millions of dollars by doing a reverse merger, in order to be a PUBLIC COMPANY. The authorized outstanding is just authorized shares. THAT IS NOT THE OUTSTANDING SHARE. It currently has 120 million, BUT, from what I heard, which I can not reveal the sources, 40 million is held by Steve Cayou(which is LOCKED UP, and more than 2 other guys has around 40-60 million. This is what I was told. All of these will be LOCKED UP AGAIN, right at the conclusion of the merger. IT IS BEING FINALIZED NOW, BUT IT IS CONSIDERED A DONE DEAL. Again, the history of Travis Ind, is just HISTORY RIGHT NOW. This has nothing to do with Planet Sports anymore. Planet Hollywood never had a history before they became public and even became a corporation of diff.actors in hollywood. So, I doubt if you will find a history for Planet Sports, bec. THIS IS A NEW CORP, put up by Bigtime investors and KNOWN BALL PLAYERS(Professional athletes as stated on the press release). It is way cheaper to go public for a private corp, by doing a REVERSE MERGER, THAN FILING ALL THOSE DOCUMENTS TO THE SEC, waiting and paying tons of money before becoming public. This is like a private company GOING PUBLIC through the BACK DOOR! Next Level, as mentioned again on the press release, IS JUST ONE OF THE COMPANIES, of Planet Sports. Rvenues are expected to exceed $150million for 1998. The rest of the companies will be announced next week and the weeks to come. TVSI is smart by not announcing all that things they have in one shot(press release). TVSI press releases in the coming days and weeks will be very offensive, in terms of HUGE REVENUES for the year 1998. The symbol TVSI will definitely be changed that would reflect Planet Sports. READ THE PRESS RELASE VERY CAREFULLY. THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS IN THE WORKS FOR TVSI....BIG TIME $$$$$$! next level is just one of them, >there's more to come. watch the press!

Subject: DUDE---PLEASE POST Date: Sat, 7 Feb 1998 11:13:50 -0800 Like planet Hollywood(with famous actors/actress involved), PLANET SPORTS, has a FAMOUS BALL PLAYERS(as stated on their press release) as INVESTORS. This thing is for real. TVSI at .25 is still cheap. Wait till you hear the next press releases they are lining up. They are keeping it CONFIDENTIAL, bec. of the names of ball players involved. But, from what I was told, they will announce it soon. They just didnt want to announce all they have, including the other companies they have bought with millions in revenues, ALL AT THE SAME TIME. They are just becoming public, so they are reserving the rest of their news releases next week and the weeks to come. Again, from what was mentioned and what I have heard, they will EXCEED $150 million in revenues for 1998. Next Level is just one of their companies. They will be mentioning more soon, PLUS, the names of BALL PLAYERS (guaranteed HALL OF FAMERS from what I have been told)SOON. THIS IS BIGTIME $$$$$$. No one thought PLANET HOLLYWOOD will ROCK. PLANET SPORTS is next. Even at .25 to .75, with all these revenues, THIS IS STILL CHEAP. BAAT was .08, and no one believed them, so why with TVSI who is gonna generate revenues exceeding $150million be any different. When BAAT was at .75/we still think its UNDERVALUED. Even at $1.50 and 2/share, we still bought BAAT. TVSI will generate revenues that will EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS soon. MORE NEWS WILL BE RELEASED. WHAT WE HAVE SEEN IS JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG. From what I was told by Steve cayou, and some other people, The release was very CONSERVATIVE!
