What troubles me is that the most recent report shows a loss of .05 VS a loss of .01. We need some contracts! Long on FTEL.

Charlotte, I'll ditto that. Because Frank is an insider, he has to file if he wants to sell (I'm sure that is because it's the number of shares and whatever other criteria - but that's not important).

According to what I remember, if he doesn't file, he can't sell. So just in the event he does, the filing is already taken care of should he choose when to sell. I don't think ANYBODY should criticize him for that. I'd do the same thing!!

It is a routine filing by insiders of ALL if not MOST companies, NOT just Franklin.

Charlotte you are correct. My first email on the topic said EXACTLY that Message 3353703
Helen responded with much the same message.

The reason for continued dialog is that I had said there were no form 4's and Helen indicated that Frank MAY have sold some of those shares. My sources insidertrader.com show no form 4s.
