Wouldn't the company simply have a brokerage house purchase the stock. I would assume a house could buy when they pleased. Secondly, the effect of buy up all the bids would be the same. The bids would rise and with then the ask prices? Am I wrong?

I hate to say absolute.. but I believe it is no buying or selling in the first or last halh hour of trading, and no creation of an uptick. Yes real sure. SPEEDY=========================
