Waldy, a lot of us sent our proxies to Larry. That's a start. Otherwise, I'm 3 thousand miles from the courthouse . . . I'd encourage everyone that attends AND has posting privileges here to post their impressions. You know, give us a look at it from all different angles.

waldy, not to waste your time responding, but ---- jahahahahahaha a response to you, my man, begs itself !! help me out here...just who is "shooting off their mouths" ? please identify those posts...we can call webmistress and have them removed, as we did the shark ! and some of the "babblers" have sent their proxy, so is it okay for them to post now ? if they know who they are, that is...and help me out here...does TOM want this unknown person on the board ? because if not, how does this help us, the shareholders ? i just cant wash that through the process...since you have these facts at your disposal (hence, your letter to the judge), maybe you can help me out here jp
