hi Dug & thanks for the update. Please give us the user perspective from time to time especially how they deal with customers, whether there are problems with the outsourced tech support etc. I called Megan to ask about new product hearsay, & she wondered if the post might be referring to the fact they are shipping rewriteable CD drives (I believe that's what she said). Don't know if these drives are perhaps a newly marketed item? which might cause a buzz if they're fabulous?? What the heck could have caused that sudden 100% rise? Also thanks for the URLs. I had tried them, but both STOP with the fatal day PNCL got delisted. I am not about to draw my own charts, which is what everybody used to have to do! Best wishes. DA
