<<When I first started tracking RNTK last spring and then finally bought, I remember
seeing that it had 7 employees, now when I check the company's profile I see there are
15 employed. I must call again on Monday and see if they are planning to hire any
more in the near future, this may give a clue as to what is happening.>>

Dear James,
Why do they need employees ?
RNTK makes money licensing... They give the license,, TEXACO or any other oil firms take the license and re-engineer to fit their production line..
RNTK does not build the plants.. nor manage it..

Imagine nett profit on license with 15 employees, no over head.. no y2k engineers to hire at 1/4 mill per annum,, no hard ware for inventory and resale,,

Sheer license profit ,,,
Remeber here is the license profit break down ?

License fee structure in general;
$1,000 per day on 1.000 bbl plant
$1 mill up front based on 1,000 bbl plnat paid in 1/3s
Then $ 1 per bbl.
Then fee for Catalysts = $150 to 300 K per annum..
Plus consulting fee of 5% up front....

So if 5000 bbl plant just multiply by 5 times

More license RNTK gets the revenue will reflect according to the volume of the oil produced.
