JWK >>blew the biggest CC of IOM's brief life. <<

I often reflect on my perceived state of IOM's mentality is it out to prove the street wrong or is it out to finesse and befriend the street ?
IOM seems to have disdain for the street and hoped to improve their position by moving to NYS.

The game must be played whether on the NASDAQ or the NYS. Missing the numbers with twice the number of shares lent the situation to after hours manipulation. Jim Cramer's column on after hours trading aptly pinpoints what happened to IOM's share value and without a strong eps number the stock couldn't be defended.
For those interested in the article thestreet.com

On another note I think that IOM should look into the use of one time charges.
It seems that the street understands a higher eps with one time charges better than lower eps with charge offs.

K. E. no doubt has the ability to do damage control,
hopefully he has learned by this and has reloaded for bear.
