If you are right, we should see an increase in volatility and the stock will come back done even faster then it went up.

Roberth: More news releases and covering from Newsletters like Insider Report (Stockhouse, see below) shows a clear intention to push this stock forward. Today, it traded more than 1.2 Million shares and ranged between .91 and .98(?). I guess the continuous news activity would have to be taken into account for a trading forecast.

From a Technical Charting point of view and considering all this, how do you see this stock trading in the next few weeks?

My feeling is that it paused, but it started to move again with heavy volume. I guess, as long as the story remains hot, and KLA keeps on coming with new JV's it will continue going much higher, but if it gets quiet, it will start tracing back part of it gains. So far, it looks like the news will keep on comming from alll this play area, and the direction is up.

Comments anyone?

The Western Copper Play - The Leader Rakes in the Dough

Western Copper [WTC.T] issued two press release in the last 24 hours as they announced more results from Zacatecas as well as a major financing. WTC was up $0.50 to $10.35 today.

They announced today that WTC has accepted an offer from Canaccord to purchase 555,556 Special Warrants of the Company at $9.00 per Special Warrant. Each Special Warrant is exercisable for a maximum of one year into one share and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole purchase warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share at $11.00 for a period of 24 months.

The $5,000,000 proceeds are intended to be used for exploration of the El Salvador, Mexico project, exploration of the Penasquito project and other properties obtained from Kennecott and working capital. The company plans to aggressively explore the extensive land holdings acquired from Kennecott, including the Penasquito silver-lead-zinc property in the northeast corner of the State of Zacatecas. Geophysical surveys, including I.P. and gravity, are in progress to follow-up previously identified RIP anomalies on properties north and west of the San Nicolas discovery. At Penasquito, drilling is planned within the next 60 days to offset previously drilled high-grade silver-lead-zinc intercepts and to test several geophysical anomalies.

This all spells good news for the other juniors in the area as a lot of work and activity will be focused in and around their claims.
