Batman,

Thanks for posting some very useful information. Those with negative view of the company, your the first one to provide some information to backup your opinion. I certainly respect that.

I cannot speak for Amots, but this information has helped me a lot, assuming it is correct. And, I have no reason to doubt your integrity.

With this company one gets two things. There is this great technology and product, though only partially developed so far; and a long string of insiders, most of whom have come and gone. I am sold on the technology and the product. I have been less than comfortable about the people. One, reason is that none has stayed long enough to allow any reasonable assessment. I would like to trust the present management, as they have done a good job so far. But it is too early to the make a fair and final evaluation.

So, on the people side of the equation, I had always, and conservatively so, assumed that the insiders, including Dr. See himself, have been taking advantage of the price run up by selling part of their position on a on going basis. I was surprised to see that Dr. See, with his holding of over 10 mil. shares, has sold only a very small fraction of his position. Even considering the total sales by all the insiders, 564,700 shares, is surprisingly low. In my opinion, such selling, is inconsequential, one way or the other.

Though this may not have been your purpose, but you have inadvertently helped to strengthen a bit my confidence in this weaker aspect of the company.

Clearly, we are on the opposite sides of the fence, long vs. short; myself hoping for the survival and prosperity of the company, yourself hoping to achieve the opposite. And, that is fair.

Let those with the best information and the insight be the winners. That is how life is.

If all this negative hype does push the price down in coming days, I'll certainly be open to buy as much as I can. The only part of my position that is still in black, is the one bought recently when similar activities had pushed the price down to around 30 cents.

Since the information is the key to it all, I do thank you once again for posting some valuable information.
