YO! Thought I'd surprise you all and drop in for a visit. While I've been watching the portfolio performance on a daily basis, I just haven't been motivated to play on SI in quite a while. Also, I haven't been watching the sector anywhere near as closely as I used to. Mainly, I've been sitting on my INCY shares and watching them go up and up and up. V1, keep in mind that we need to get higher than a 50% maintenance before we can spend any on new buys. Thus, we'd have to sell about $36K in stocks just to hit the 50% point, and enough beyond that to provide for buying whatever you want to add. What else beyond GSII are you thinking of dumping? Sure has been nice to see some recovery in the sector though. Heard from multiple sources that Norian will go public THIS year, but I'll believe it when it happens. Also heard that the FDA wants 12 month followup data on all of the patients in the clinical, rather than going with the data from half the patients, but I'm not sure what the timing on that is. Their application was filed end of Feb of 97, but they were still enrolling the last patients at that time. Also heard that they have filed for a 510.k on maxillofacial applications. I have actually started job hunting last week looking for a new biotech/med startup, and there sure seems to be a lot of activity in that regard out here. Had my first interview today for a brand new company that is secret and unpublicized, so I can't tell you about it other than to say that it seems like another possible home run. Have a couple of other good leads going too. Well, now that I'm rolling I'd love to type more, but I've got a couple of dirty kids to make clean again.....off to the bathtub I go. PS: rockets have been rained out for the last two months. We had over half of our annual rainfall in just the last week and three more big storms lined up in the pacific for this week. Lots of houses going mud-surfing in California these days. Later, Rman
