TO ALL:

It may be that the J/L method is not patentable; and it would great if it were. But whether it is or is nor does not take away from the fact that the J/L method has successfully cracked the mystery of extracting significant PM's from FL.

Does that mean that you can take the J/L method and apply it to any bucket of sand from anywhere else with similar results? I truly doubt that. It may be that the J/L method is the answer to the unique FL playa-----and how many FL's are there in the entire world?

Certainly patentability would be better---but on the other hand, if we end up with an entity producing huge amounts of PM's by using the J/L methodology, and doing so economically, that would be enough for me. Dayenu!
