Perhaps it leaked that they were going to make an announcement after the close on Friday and it was assumed to be positive news, like a takeover.

Dennis-What is the estimated dollar difference in RD. Say if they
went from 10-18%. How much of a dollar difference are we talking
about? I'm going to check back on the amount of spending-I believe
the statement that 4th quarter may have similiar difficulties is
the real kicker.
