Exactly right Neeka! I've always thought of our Canadian neighbors as "dislocated states" (more territories without statehood)- same value system and principles....Calgary and Saskatchewan border N. MT. When I spent some time in N. Ontario, I noticed they were much more eager to follow the EU model (healthcare), but not really, much if any different....thought highly of themselves plus allegiance to the Queen, but similar values.....They got sucked into the shackles of State-run health-care, but I do think they can shake if off.....can we?
