Be careful with this one--there are red flags up, and a potential liability no one has picked up on. As I understand it, there was a substantial secondary offering toward the end of November, well into the fourth quarter. Top insiders Harris, Pfeiffer, and Abrams unloaded a major portion of their holdings in this offering. As someone who practiced as a lawyer in the class action arena for many years, this set of facts very commonly leads to the filing of a class action shareholder law suit--the damages assertable here (as to which the underwriters would also share some liabilty) are very large; could be tens of millions. Just reporting the facts folks; I don't own this one, I haven't sold it short & won't--but the circumstances of that last offering do raise questions.
