Starbright, my understanding is HR and financials. There is solid information -- there was a press earlier this week. Sorry I don't have the link handy, but it was posted on this thread earlier in the week.

Can you say which companies have dropped PSFT HR in favor of SAP? Do you know any reasons why they'd make a switch? Seems like that would be a costly switch to make, and a company would have to have very compelling reasons to do so.
