New to these parts...but am thrilled with the info I see...couple of thoughts... 1) I hope it is not tied in with Planet Hollywood...they just had a bad fourth quarter... 2) Could this company find itself in a legal war over the use of "Planet"...little far fetched I know...still has me wondering though?! 3) My take on the letter of intent is that is sound more like a done deal with a few of the key people already appointed to the board..BUT I agree...it is done when the ink dries..L I am a bit hesitant because of seeing this hyped all over the threads...HOWEVER, anyone care to guess at the price at the close on Monday? ~~a BIG SPORTS NUT~~
