Good lord! Forewarned is forearmed. The Republican party is involved in aggressive efforts to undermine our democracy and the people need to be warned. NONE of the Democrats are doing that! The Republicans across the nation have over 400!!, bills in play to enact voter suppression! The reason I am "screaming" the Republicans are evil is because they are evil, and so to alert people to what they are doing to undermine our democracy and turn us into an autocratic state like Russia. History has shown that the Germans were complacent about Hitler and the Nazi's. People need to know just how dangerous the Republicans are with their voter suppression laws and gerrymandering. Are you not aware that Trump tried to overturn our last election?? And the Republican party has been supporting Trump lock stock and barrel, and the few Republicans who opposed him have had to quit congress as they cannot win primaries. The "people" need to know that going into the 2022 elections they need to vote straight Democratic tickets to protect our democracy. <,Why don't you think about it instead of screaming "Republicans are Evil!" Much of the Republican base actually votes against their own best interests Exactly - that's my point. It took Democrats decades of hard work to turn away their natural base - white working class and farmers vote overwhelmingly for Republicans. Why don't you think about it instead of screaming "Republicans are Evil!" Democrats become party of minorities and LGBT and they have to count on changes in demographics. We'll see how it will work for them in 2022 and 2024.

The Republicans are showing the same cowardice! "First they came …" is the poetic form of a 1946 post-war confessional prose by the German Lutheran pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984). It is about the cowardice of German intellectuals and certain clergy—including, by his own admission, Niemöller himself—following the Nazis' rise to power and subsequent incremental purging of their chosen targets, group after group. Many variations and adaptations in the spirit of the original have been published in the English language. It deals with themes of persecution, guilt, repentance, and personal responsibility.
