It is first person plural, "Ihr koennen alle..." and Borse is word for sotck market, Aktien is word for stock shares. Did you mean market makers or shareholders? Sounds like you mean shareholders.

For the Teutonically-impaired, a rough translation of scba's comment is "You can all clean the toilets of TAVA shareholders."
