Well now I am puzzled. I returned to FreeEdgar to find you the listing and I cannot find it either. I hope I have not misled the thread by posting from a filing for another company. I was only searching on TFS at the time so I don't know how that could have happened. Better ignore that last post unless I can come up with source. Later: teach me to post without a reference. My abject apologies. I have no idea where I got those figures. The only other SC 13G/A I can find for last year is for 2/7/97 and it mentions none of the previous holders. Anyway, as of the 2/7/97 filing Chancellor was reported to hold 793,500 or about 100,000 more than was reported this year. freeedgar.com
