Makes a lot of sense and you've got a reasonable mechanism in mind for it to work, or at least to start. Unfortunately, I don't have any influence in Greece or anywhere else. Twenty five years ago we thought about Costa Rica, drove around, nice place, pick your climate up or down the side of a mountain. Then I met a crane operator who had bought a fishing boat down there and spent his winters taking tourists deep sea fishing. Government changed the rules and applied a retroactive tax which would have effectively confiscated his boat. Guy had to motor on down to Panama to sell the boat, then sneak back across the boarder to get on a plane for the states. Not always as simple or straightforward as it seems. Frying pans and fires. Edit: My point was that without some substantial volume and numerous options it would just end up being a con of some sort.
