Peter, in regards to your statement, "I would imagine this stock would tank if the deal fell through". We are already in the basement, no where else to go but up. (g)

joseph, thanks for your reference to post 1595...The company anticipates that formalization of this deal is anticipated very shortly.
i was under the impression that this meant setting up the drilling budget/schedule. I believe that K is commited to invest 10 million C.
