Just MHO: Read this closely!!! The two parties were ( brought together) by Lockheed Martin as part of their industrial cooperation or ''offset'' activities in the Czech Republic. Lockheed Martin's industrial cooperation or ''offset'' activities are designed to balance the acquisition costs of ( its) products, resulting in job creation, investment, technology transfer and export promotion across the entire Czech economy. Letter of ( intent to build) etc. Lawyers love these kinds of words in contracts when they are charging $150.00 per hour. Have a good one.

Not only did Lockheed facilitate the BAAT-SKODA partnership Lockheed-Martin announced it with their own press release. This writer made some serious errors. Those of you who have not followed this stock should dig deeper; the VW and Daimler-Benz connections are solid. I am going to call Barron's on Monday. They are closed for the weekend.
