James, I believe the interface between long distance and local achievable through the CVUS interface is a really important aspect of this whole thing but more for the short term. (revenue for the next couple of years) The internet, TV and other data services are the future for LMDS, especially when one considers the potential for internet telephony to grow. That could make today's traditional telephone service obsolete in just a few years. (I know, LOTS of obstacles to overcome but folks are talking.... )

As far as Mr. Gabelli is concerned, you bet!! I hope he joins the party! His name involved with LMDS will make the street crowd pay attention. I am very interested to see what will happen to the volume next couple of trading days. CAP

I don't know guys, if the Gabelli Fund will be buying, you might as well get prepared for a Buyout, that's the funds speciality, and this year more than most. That is what I read when doing research on AZR of which I hold a small position. Sorry can't locate the article...
