Now you are wading into ludicrous hyperbole. Billions of lives? So half the world would be dead now without experimental gene modification that is demonstrably having no positive effect and can easily be shown to be having hundreds of negative effects including increased infection rate? Indiana insurance adjusters are seeing a 40% increase in all cause mortality since the jabs were introduced. They call 10% a once in a lifetime increase, not expected in anything less than a world war or similar catastrophic event.
