Bullshit. What happened in 2020 was an illustration of the Peter Principle in government. It is hard at work in every government bureau, it always exists -- although there are often bigger problems (like Lois Lerner corruption). Our government is sinking under the weight of massive spending. For that, there is no hope except the nation, as it ultimate will, going broke. We are so weak now we no longer can defend ourselves from China. No multinational can resist carting their IP to China and saying, "Here it is. Please don't tell anyone about it." They use to call us "The American Experiment". Today, we are a failed experiment.
