Could you list the reasons that make you say this is the best managed company in North America? I have been watching NN on the sideline but have not done enough homework, much appreciate if you can point out the facts. The stock price is basically the same at mid 1993 but I am not sure if this observation alone makes it a bargain.

The profit margin problems that came to a head in the most recent quarter has been obvious ever since I first bought NN about 3 years ago. I commented on it in one of my earliest posts to this thread. I believe they need to bring in someone new to clean up the manufacturing operation.

Look at 90 day chart on NN, improving and we may see gap filled to 25,
if not at least test 22 1/2, retracement of half the gap. I am still long at 20. ASND could move to 40 before Feb. Expiration.
