Sussmann was spying on the IG's computers

Say what?

If Sussmann was spying on the IG's computers that needs to be explained as to how and why it was done and whether he was also spying on other agencies? The upcoming trial in May...........assuming it actually takes place........should be very interesting.

Clinton operative who was indicted for lying gets roasted in court filing

In 2016 Michael Sussmann went to FBI official James Baker to peddle a fake Trump/Russia story (Alfa Bank). He told FBI he was not working for Hillary. In fact, he was working for Hillary. He billed Hillary for that meeting (lol).

Baker confirmed 3 times under oath that Sussmann lied:
Mr. Baker’s subsequent three interviews with the Special Counsel’s Office in which he affirmed and then re-affirmed his now-clear recollection of the defendant’s false statement
That same day he met Sussmann, Baker told a colleague about Sussmann's lie:
the Government recently produced a copy of notes that another high-ranking official in the FBI took during a meeting with Mr. Baker on the same day as Mr. Baker’s meeting with the defendant. Those notes reflect that the defendant told Baker he had “no specific client.”
Sussmann peddled the fake Trump/Russia story to another government agency. He also told them he was not working for Hillary:
two employees of another agency met with the defendant on a matter related to the allegations the defendant brought to the FBI. That memorandum similarly reflects that the defendant told these employees that he was not representing “a particular client.”
