I totally understand your excuse. The White House knew about a pandemic in 2019 and couldn't stop it so now you need to blame blue state governors. You could blame republicans in Congress, who were informed in Feb of 2020, sold their stock and told their donors to sell but why blame them when you can blame blue state governors? When you learn republicans did nothing to stop the virus you'll never vote for them again.
