Scott -- Interesting to hear you mention Luminart. I attended a presentation they gave a couple of years ago at the Westergaard conference, what a crock! But ACCY actually reminds me more of HRNT -- whenever I see the (604) area code (British Columbia) these days, I turn on my fraud detector. If you're not familiar with HRNT (H&R Enterprises), they put out fraudulent press releases last August and their promoters caused $9 million in losses by not paying for stock, and it resulted in the failure of a brokerage firm.

Shameless hype department: take a look at the Avalon (AVAL) thread. It's an AMERICAN company, we know what the number of shares outstanding is, and they're going to put out a news release next week with actual U.S. citizens' names on it so you know there's no fraud involved. But you get the best of both worlds, because they have a promoter with Vancouver street-smarts [g].

Not saying you didn't call and get that information, but to come here and post that, you must know that may cause a reaction and it could be a big one, to not tell us what the phone number is a bad mistake on your part, post it..post it so it can be confirmed or denied, if you won't. I suggest that anybody can call long distance information for Phoenix and ask for the number, what's a dollar or two when so much is at stake in your investment. Post the number Scott, because a post like that could cause a big sell off and get just what someone who wants it to drop to get in cheap might do, not that this is your motive, but you should think about what you post and the consequences of that post. what is the number for conformation without giving who you talked too.

By putting out a post like that without a phone number, you may have screwed the people you claim you don't want screwed, you don't have to give the name,if you can't you shouldn't have posted it. What is the number, would anybody else like to know??? I will make a copy of your post for safe keeping.

Scott,

You are more worried about someones job at the golf course than your own money, or afraid to release a phone number, calling as a concerned shareholder?????? Come on, we are not fools. If that is the case you will most likely loose alot of money investing. The phone number is public. No reason not to release it on here. With all due respect Scott, why would you release information, supposedly given to you by a phone call, to this thread, and
then balk when questioned about the sources??? If you are not powerful enough to hurt the stock price, then you are not powerfull enough to "hurt his position in the company".

Regards
Mike

I was off line this weekend by I should perhaps make a comment concerning phoning Superstition Mountain. I also took this approach and as I mentioned in my earlier message, it is difficult to get info from them. They are very careful not to be misleading. There is only one person that might know details, and his name is Mark Kazar. However, when I spoke with him, he said all questions concerning the tournament should be addressed to David Marr, who could be reached at 602 494 0579. I had no problem getting through to him, he answered all my questions, and confirmed that the press release would be out on Monday.
