hey rich my wonderful viewsonic monitor has gone blue after 4 months!!!!! So now I have to send it back to viewsonic at my expense and be out of monitor in the meantime So before I do that...Dell is coming out and replacing the video card to make sure that isnt the problem.... got any tips/tricks for NOT having to pay to send it back and/or getting them to send me a replacement monitor before I send this out... sheesh...I dont even think I can get the monitor box in my car.. What a hassle
