The article in question was from the WSJ. I don't subscribe but there should be a print copy at the library on campus. I haven't been all that ambulatory of late so I don't squander my steps and didn't want to make the hike only to find that the book review might not have been offered in their regular daily issue.

I used to read books through the library as you do but I don't seem to find time for books anymore and I haven't used it since moving eight years ago. There's more on the Internet to read than I can digest. I have a huge queue from way back on my Kindle, which is collecting dust somewhere about. Some day maybe the world will slow down and I'll get back to books.

I do that. I have very few paper books nowadays. I use this free app:

overdrive.com

I especially like to listen to audiobooks from it in my car, but I also have an Amazon Fire tablet, and use that to read books for Kindle.
