No it isn't. Not only from the voting dead people and voting multiple times, all for Trump, there was the gerrymandering, the inadequate support for voting sites in Democratic heavy districts and the voter suppression, which oddly enough seem to always disfavor Democratic voting. And that has been going on for multiple voting cycles. The evidence is irrefutable and heavily documented. Heck, elected officials, all Republican, have even admitted in court and in the press that their intention was to suppress Democratic votes and it wasn't racially motivated.
