FMK: Thanks for the info!! Do you know how many shares Cal will
have after his selling? Have you established your network of
contacts from working in the investment field?

Insider Trader shows that many shares have been registered for sale in the last 6 months but none have been sold.

Also, please post the telephone number to call to register for the teleconference.

Thank You
David M

thanks for your comment...very interesting theory..just does not get into my mind why on earth should cal sell 338 500 shares at this low levels...even if he got the shares at o.50 or $ l.--...........
nobody...especially a former ceo of a company can be that desperate of money and sell that amount of "golden shares" at this level..........

if anybody sells at this level.....never mind........but a former ceo?????????

I am really suspecous now.....and afraid to loose 30k $
regards j.c.

Cumulative volume since 1/2/98 is 2.4M shares.
With NASD double booking maybe 1.2 million shares
have actually moved between non-MMs in the $4's.

All the insider sell numbers in your posting add up to
400k shares. Maybe there is more inter-MM trading
which put the recorded volume at more than twice the
400k. Otherwise i see 800k shares beyond the shares
registered, which strikes me as a fairly good chunk,
and much more than mere small fry could generate.

Still, I love your theory and will be VERY happy if we
can move into the $6 range next week. In any case, I'm
patient. I'm pretty sure these shares are very undervalued
and think it's a matter of weeks at most before we get some
very nice upward movement. Given the very low volume in the
$5-7 price range on the way down, I'm expecting a move to
7-8 dollars short term. Production/contract news should get us
above $10 imho.

Anybody waiting for a DROP in price is being foolish
and risks missing a great opportunity, imo.
