1) Imagine if Hillary Clinton (or her boss, the President) had done this; their would have been Papergate and dominated the Republican agenda. 2) I can't imagine that there is no optical scanner that can put together scraps. 3) Trump remains a lying pig. He tries to cover his tracks in multiple ways, because he is conscious of his crimes. He ripped paper into quarters with two big, clean strokes — or occasionally more vigorously, into smaller scraps.
