Sheila, if that's the case, why are you calling for KE's head? If those are your projections for the end of '98 ($14.40-16.60), wasn't IOM a little ahead of itself? If IOM can generate the earnings, KE could be the biggest schmuck in the world, or IOM could go without any press releases and I would think the Street would listen to the numbers. It doesn't seem like it would do much good if he was the most outgoing, positivistic CEO. That would only set the company up for letdowns when the earnings actually came out. I think a neutral, realistic tone is best for a CEO, but surely not doom and gloom which many posters had lead me to believe went on in the CC.
