When you used the word "smoker" you said it.

Would you care to withdraw that term differentiating one person from another?

There is no place for differentiating treatment options for a person because they're a smoker, eater of fried chicken, fast driver of cars, or arguably the most risky behavior of all -- going to a hospital to be treated for Covid (where no treatment will be forthcoming).

Do you recommend against treating rock-climbers who fall? Or swimmers who drown? What are your criteria for engaging in high-risk behavior.

It is a big issue but you don't understand it as such. That's okay. But don't deny you said it.
