I actually havent said that. I’ve said there is no way to disprove them because of mishandling and failure to have proper observation. And myriad other cheating issues. That is a different standard. Not being able to prove something beyond a reasonable doubt (that is fraud) is not the same as it not having happened. When one reviews all the facts, it is easy to see that there were issues that amounted to stealing votes. Even if you cannot prove it to a court's liking. What I’ve said is we are stuck with the theft. There is no fixing it. And that is why we will have to develop far more stringent voting standards than ever. The mail in shit has to go. And long time windows for voting. A week is plenty. A day is plenty if you put it on computers which will happen sooner or later.
