  • Let people go to where the capital is
  • Let capital go to where the people are

The jobs are created at the worng places

No they'll quit and get a job st twice hthe pay. And all the loyal workers who continue to stay in their positions will seethe at the equivalent newcomers who have a better package.

If they don't quit then they are being paid enough.
