my dad took me back to family farm on prince edward island every year since i was 5. Wow what total change of environment. the farm 200 aches , no electricity, no running water, and find a local tree for you own restroom. We were about 1/4 mile back off a dirt road, called the green road. ha red clay. You could see for miles around the various colors of the fields. I went back three years ago and all the farms are gone, the fields are all covered with pine trees. so sad. I have church history going back to arrival from ireland up until the 60's. It is all out on the internet. it seems many churches kept detail notes on it's members through out the decades. it reviews wood mills, the wars, the auto, electricity etc.
