Thanks mtnres. It is my hope that we are a reporting company by April as we do not want to be shuttled to the pink sheets. Hopefully, the company will conclude their MA soon and we can make a much better assessment of what their future holds. Other bike companies are looking good at this time. BIKR has done the reverse split to avoid getting on the pinks. Also, TMOT is showing some life. This may indicate that business is good. I understand that there is a big bike show at Daytona soon. Lee
