Notice that the markets rallied along with rate until rates reached a certain level that began to exceed the SP 500 overall yield, this takes everything into consideration including inflation, the velocity of the dollar, GDP, and so on...

And as always, as soon as rates reach a certain level, stocks begin to move lower and that's also when rates also top out and begin moving lower...

The play between stocks and rates is like a symphony, and the music stops just when rates reach that point when the market can no longer compete with fixed yields...
