Gabor,

I have little over 1700 shares.

Could we belive if we took a count? Hard to say.
I'll believe those who have been on this thread for
some time now. But the new visitors that have appeared over this weekend? Well, may be in time.
But it does not really matter though.

Regards.

Gabor,

-NONE- and proud of it.

After doing my DD on HVSF, I cannot see any merits to owning stock in this company..
This Company has:
1. Questionable Management
2. Unbelievable Financing
3. NO Employees
4. NO Marketable Product
5. NO Delivery System (Vivus has that already under patent) Plus 100M to litigate. Incidently, they have already successfully defended their transurethrial patent in the past..
Vivus is already into phase III trials of their improved combo formulations for Muse.

Has anyone inquired management on how soon they expect to bring their product to market? I'll bet it will be two years minimum. By then Vivus will be selling SUPERMUSE IV.

Gabor,
Had 50,000 shares at .50 prior to the split. After the split
I had 5000 shares that were sold just under 9. The second purchase
was 5000 shares at 7 3/4 The stock moved back up to 8 3/8 on
the bid then pulled back and was sold the next day for 7 3/4.
no gain. Im holding no shares at the present time. JG

..............atomic batteries to power.............turbines to speed..........

Gabor,

You/we are going to have to make absolutely sure: Are you talking pre-split shares, or post-split shares???? Everybody is going to have to re-post their share holdings AND INDICATE IF IT IS PRE- OR POST-SPLIT. I too would be interested in this information.

Yours

Batman
