Musya: I checked on the CPA thing when the 8K first came out. The following information is from the Texas accountants professional organization: King, Griffin & Adamson P.C. 14160 Dallas Parkway, Suite 900 Dallas, TX 75240 (972) 788-4466 BDO Seidman 221 W 6th Street, Suite 2000 Austin, TX 78701 (512) 478-7368 I forget what the exact name of the Texas accountants professional organization is (I seem to have misplaced that information) but I think it is something like Texas Accountants Society. It looks to me like the correction press release is to fix minor errors in company names and addresses. I attribute it to nothing more than sloppy proof-reading. On a more important note, it is good to see some meaningful information from AB&G. It appears Wilson has won the power-struggle (I sure hope they don't flip-flop on this one too!). Maybe now things can begin moving in a positive direction. TKA
