GZ, my observation is there are enough people with enough money to buy at current elevated prices. Call your local spa dealer, high end appliance dealer, etc and inquire on lead times. Check the availability on high end hotels in FTL. I guarantee they are going to tell you 60-90 days to take delivery and few hotel rooms left available. There is pent up demand due to lack of merchandise. Once the supply chain returns to normal, which I think is 6 mos away, prices will go down.
